Dougie ' The Oily Rag', Stockoprt

This is a middle aged Bachelor who is known to frequent houses of ill repute in the Oldham area. he dresses in a long mac and underneath wears a towell, that has become that dirty over the years. it is full of massage oils. he flashes people and screams. here comes Dirty Dougie with his oily rag.

he flashed me once in Stockport, just near the bus station. I cr*pped myself. he was clearly aroused and carrying a large pot of vaseline and a handful of sand.

I remember dougie he sold me a '73 mustang starsky and hutch type motor.......he had to sell it due to pending dogging charges with one of his shoplifting mates.....
