Mad Colin, Northwich

Mad Colin had a motor vehicle crash in his youth, now in his mid-fifties, he walks from Weaverham to Northwich and back twice a day, stopping in "Ye Old Chippy" for a cup of gravy. He is regularly seen in Northwich talking to the televisions in Martin Dawes'

I know this one. he carries an umbrella and goes spare if you walk in his path. I've always known him as fast walker.

definately mad colin. not seen him about for a bit though. my bird tells me she used to call "one eyed tex"..don`t know why though

Mad Colin is still with us - I see him quite often in WH Smiths in Northwich reading Rail and Rail Express and creating an exclusion zone around the area through sheer force of his body odour.

He is also in Charlie's cafe in Northwich quite often, where he sits talking to his friend who isn't there. On one memorable occassion he was told by the girls in there that he had to order at the counter and had a lengthy row with his imaginary friend about who should go and order.
