Trike man, Sale Moor

Anyone else seen the trike man? Lives in Sale moor, rides his trike all over the place. Must be about 70, saw him with a dead fox or squirrel in the basket on his yellow trike once. Also uses a vanished stick as a walking stick. Leave the wandering nutter alone (Sale tramp) he's not as bad as most, likes to cut his hair on metal bins though.
