Asian Liam Gallagher/Elvis Dude

This guy is always seen with a bottle of malvern water in his hand, he has been playing a game of "throw the bottle in the air, spin it and catch it" non-stop for approx 2 years now.
You cant miss him he's always got elvis vegas style shades on, sandles and the best beatles hair-do you ever seen on a asian dude.Resides in withington/fallowfield.

I think this guy is called Anton. He used to hang around Longsight and Levenshulme. He's an alcoholic schitzo. But actually quite a cool guy, if you speak to him.
