This legend is one filling short of a butty. One of Wigans numerous nutcases. Not only does he look like Rod but hes partial to belting out a tune on request. This legend can be approached and does not pose any danger to the legend spotters out there. Show your appreciation to Wigans very own Rod Stewart.
