Not really mad but this guy definately bugs the crap of people. He strikes up conversations with random people and tries to get them to repent all them sins and choose god so they dont go to hell.
He was briefly featured on a documentary on ch4 called 'the root all evil' shouting his head off somewhere in london with a megaphone.
